Abstract

This research aims to develop the Spirit-Empowered Servant Leadership Framework as a model for Christian leader formation for theological schools in Indonesia. The research uses a qualitative approach through systematic literature review and the development of a conceptual model that integrates servant leadership, spiritual formation, Pentecostal theology, and global leadership. The results of the study show that the formation of Christian leaders with global impact requires the integration of five main dimensions, namely Christlike Character, Spiritual Formation, Spirit Empowerment, Leadership Competence, and Global Kingdom Impact. This model offers a holistic approach that integrates character, spirituality, competence, and mission. The findings of the research have implications for the need to reorient the theological education curriculum to strengthen character formation, spiritual formation, leadership competence, and global ministry readiness.
